WOH GROUP LTD Service Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions for services related to website creation, online stores, SEO, online advertising, hosting, domains, email, technical support, and web project development.
This document outlines the principles of cooperation with WOH GROUP LTD, including the scope of services, client obligations, payment rules, complaints, liability, and personal data information.
Service Provision Conditions
Paid services for website creation, online stores, online advertising campaigns, and hosting are provided by WOH GROUP LTD, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, hereinafter referred to as WOH GROUP LTD.
This document constitutes the terms of services offered by WOH GROUP LTD, and its content is not subject to any negotiation. Purchasing any service by entering into a contract for any service is equivalent to unconditional acceptance of the entire terms and conditions/agreement.
Acceptance of the terms and conditions is a prerequisite for service provision. Non-compliance with the provisions of the terms and conditions constitutes grounds for blocking access to the service. Any complaints arising from unfamiliarity with the Terms and Conditions will not be considered.
The Client is obliged to provide true contact details (first name, last name, address, phone number, and others listed in the form) during account registration. Intentionally entering false or incomplete data authorizes WOH GROUP LTD to block or delete the account, even after payment for services, without a refund.
In case of changes to the contact details provided in the form, WOH GROUP LTD must be informed immediately, e.g., via email at: hej@woh.group.
The Client agrees to the processing of their personal data by WOH GROUP LTD in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations and declares that they have been informed that they have the right to access and modify their data at any time.
WOH GROUP LTD is not responsible for the improper functioning or non-functioning of the service caused by events beyond WOH GROUP LTD's control, such as: armed conflicts, natural disasters, internet or server attacks, traffic restrictions imposed by internet service providers, and other events not listed above.
The agreement between WOH GROUP LTD and the Client expires after the period for which the service subscription has been paid. In case of non-payment during the trial period or after the subscription period ends, the system automatically removes the service along with all data contained therein. This process is irreversible. The Client may cancel services at any time, agreeing to forfeit any fees paid.
All issues should be reported during business hours, i.e., Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, at: hej@woh.group, or by phone: +48 798 361 000.
Client Rights
The Client has the right to demand proper functioning of the service, in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Client may cancel services at any time, however, previously paid fees will not be refunded.
Client Obligations and Responsibilities
The Client undertakes not to store or make available content prohibited by applicable law as part of the service. In particular, the Client undertakes not to store or make available content that is:
- fascist, communist, pornographic, related to "warez," or offensive to any religion,
- for which they do not have publication and storage rights,
- infringing on the rights of third parties in any way.
It is strictly forbidden to:
- act to the detriment of other WOH GROUP LTD clients (e.g., by excessive use of server resources or CPU overload),
- maintain content that excessively burdens the infrastructure,
- spam email inboxes or other internet user resources,
- attempt to obtain private passwords or data of other clients,
- post scripts and programs that may disrupt the functioning of connections, the server, or other clients' websites.
Making purchased services available to third parties (i.e., sharing login and password to the administrative panel) is treated as a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate deactivation of purchased services without the right to any refund.
By registering an account or/and domain, the Client is fully responsible for its name. WOH GROUP LTD bears no responsibility, and any disputes in this regard will be resolved without the participation of WOH GROUP LTD.
WOH GROUP LTD is not responsible for the loss of client data due to force majeure (cataclysm, fire, and other unfortunate accidents). Every client can and should ensure that backups are made to secure their data and is responsible for their timeliness.
The Client is obliged to make payments, providing the service identifier in the transfer title. Payments must be credited no later than the service expiration date. Payments are processed on business days (Monday–Friday); payments are not processed on weekends and public holidays. Failure to pay within the required deadline may result in immediate deletion of the service.
WOH GROUP LTD Commitments
WOH GROUP LTD will make every effort to ensure that services operate without interruptions, continuously. However, it is not responsible for losses resulting from interruptions in access to services if these interruptions are due to reasons beyond WOH GROUP LTD's control.
WOH GROUP LTD will protect its clients' data and will not share it with unauthorized entities — data will be used solely for client service and service provision. WOH GROUP LTD exercises due diligence in securing Clients' personal data.
WOH GROUP LTD strives to ensure that the response time to inquiries is as short as possible. In the event of planned team unavailability, WOH GROUP LTD will notify clients in advance via email.

Withdrawal from the Contract
This point applies only to Consumers and distance contracts concluded by them with WOH GROUP LTD.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the Consumer in relation to contracts where:
- the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the start of the service that they would lose the right to withdraw after its completion,
- the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications,
- the subject of the service is the supply of digital content not stored on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with the express consent of the consumer before the deadline for withdrawal.
A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving a reason and without incurring costs, subject to the exception described above. In the case of a service whose performance, at the express request of the consumer, began before the withdrawal period expired, the consumer exercising the right of withdrawal is obliged to pay for the services performed until the withdrawal, calculated proportionally to the scope of the service performed.
Statements of withdrawal can be sent to the email address hej@woh.group or in writing to: WOH GROUP LTD, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
Out-of-court complaint and claim resolution methods
